Halloween NailDrama Nail Art

For this spooky Halloween themed nail art I use supplies from my NailDrama October box.

I had a lot of difficulty with the water decals and got pretty frustrated, I think it would have been nice if they came with instructions.

I chose a monotone nail polish color scheme sticking to black, white, and grey.

The Seche Vite polish in Alter Ego is a pitch Black

the LA Girl polish Black illusion is a black polish with holographic glitter

Wet Cement by Sally Hansen is a warm grey.

Black/White by Wet Seal is a clear based polish with opaque white and black glitter.

And finally Sally Hansen's Ink Splatter is a black crackle coat.

I am in love with the finished art though. I know my tutorial may be a little hard to follow so if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.

Misc Subscription Boxes

This short video reviews 3 subscription boxes.

The first being a new box I just subscribed to this month called The Better Tea Club
Peach Oolong Tea
The reason I chose this subscription is because I prefer bagged teas and this was one of the only subscriptions that offered bagged teas.

Peppermint Tea

Also after browsing the website I saw they offer some delicious flavors I will be excited to try.

The next box I review is Scentbird, and this month I chose a lovely fragrance called Nateeva Jamaica.

And at the end I show you August and September's Urbanity 2030 sunglasses. Which pair is your favorite?

Hard Candy Lash Call Mascara Review

I purchased this mascara at Grocery Outlet for $1.99, so of course I was a little skeptical. But I have enjoyed hard candy mascaras in the past so I went ahead and bought it. The color is called Night Owl and is a very dark black. My initial reaction to the brush was shock and surprise. It is unlike any mascara brush I have ever seen, long and skinny with short spiraled bristles. The first coat of mascara worked out great and it drastically lengthened my lashes, which is good because that is what this product claims to do. On the second coat the lashes began to stick together.

after 2 coats my lashes stuck together but they are very long.

Over all I am impressed by this products ability to lengthen the lashes although I would advise to stick to just one coat of mascara. I think the brush does not need to be as long as it is in order to achieve the same lengthening effects. I could see my self reaching for this mascara in the future though when I want to create a little drama with long lashes. This mascara does exactly what it says but I think the brush may be over engineered so I would give this mascara a 7 out of 10.
